Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer
A Philippine CivicTech venture, founded in 2022, focused on modernizing how public institutions plan, monitor, govern, report, and deliver projects. PhilCentro was born from an innovation initiative developed at the Asian Institute of Management — among the few AIM capstone initiatives to evolve into an operational startup with early-stage funding. The City Government of Naga serves as the model city for the development and validation of its flagship platform, with engagements extending to LGUs including Butuan City, Candaba (Pampanga), and General Nakar (Quezon).

An AI-enabled governance and decision-intelligence platform designed to support project monitoring, executive oversight, reporting discipline, regulatory compliance, interagency coordination, and institutional accountability. CENTRO integrates analytics, digital reporting systems, and centralized governance dashboards that allow government leaders and project managers to track progress in real time, identify delays and bottlenecks, improve coordination among agencies, and strengthen public trust in infrastructure delivery.
