Prof. Voxstra Corbett, MIB, is a governance-innovation executive, entrepreneur, strategic negotiator, and institutional partnership architect. He is Founder, President, and CEO of PhilCentro Technologies, Inc. — the Philippine CivicTech company behind CENTRO — and Head of Partnerships and Strategy of AIXERA AI Solutions Inc. In 2025 he was appointed a founding member of the Advanced Naga for Innovation and Good Governance (ANINAG) Council under Executive Order No. 064, Series of 2025, representing the Asian Institute of Management and the Center for Global Best Practices.

His work spans government, technology, enterprise development, academe, and international cooperation: command-committee leadership of CLICKCONEX 2026, activation of a multi-city Philippine mission to Taipei's Smart City Summit & Expo and Yushan Forum, and participation in commercial and institutional engagements exceeding ₱5 billion in aggregate value. He holds a Master in Innovation and Business from the Asian Institute of Management.
