Speaker Introduction
Prof. Voxstra Corbett is a governance-innovation executive and institutional partnership architect. He is Founder, President, and CEO of PhilCentro Technologies — the CivicTech company behind the CENTRO governance platform — Head of Partnerships and Strategy of AIXERA AI Solutions, and a founding member of Naga City's ANINAG Council for innovation and good governance. At CLICKCONEX 2026 he served in the summit's command committee as Lead for Sponsorships and Strategic Partnerships and Co-Lead for Program Flow and Speakers, and moderated its national panel on open governance and GovTech.
