Privacy Policy

Effective July 2026. This policy is drafted for compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its IRR. NEEDS APPROVAL: have counsel review before publication.

What is collected

Information you submit through the engagement inquiry form: identity and contact details, organizational information, and the substance of your inquiry. The site does not use advertising trackers. If privacy-conscious analytics are enabled, they collect aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics only.

How it is used

Inquiry information is used solely to review, qualify, and respond to your inquiry, and to conduct conflict-of-interest review. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties except service providers strictly necessary to deliver and secure correspondence.

Retention

Inquiries that do not proceed to engagement are retained for up to twenty-four months for correspondence continuity and then deleted. Consent records are retained as required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to ceo@philcentro.ph. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections, validated server-side, and delivered to private correspondence systems. Form submissions are not exposed publicly and are not included in analytics.
